Q. What is the current status of my order?

You can always check the current status of your order by clicking on the “Track Order” icon given on the homepage of Ebizy.com. Put in your order no. and email ID and click on ‘Track’ icon. You will be able to view the status of your order. You can also view the same in the Order History section under your Buyer Account tab.

Alternatively, you can also check the status of your order in the "Track Order" tab by clicking on the courier partner link provided there - 'Delhivery' wherein you will be directed to Delhivery website.

Q. How can I view my orders?

Once you log into the website using your registered e-mail ID or facebook, you have access to your “Buyer Account” on the left side of the displayed page. Go to the “Orders” section and click on “Order History” and view all your orders till date.

Q. Why haven’t I received my order yet?

When you place your order on Ebizy, the estimated delivery time for the product ordered is mentioned on the website. Sometimes, due to unexpected circumstances, the delivery the product exceeds than what was mentioned on the website. However, we will keep you updated about the delay and the expected delivery date as well through e-mail and SMS. You can also track the same by visiting the “Order History” section in your account. 

Q. Do you make customized delivery?

No. Ebizy does not offer the option of customized delivery as of now.

Q. Does Ebizy make delivery internationally?

As of now, Ebizy does not deliver items outside India. However, you can place your order on Ebizy from any part of the world but please make sure that the delivery address is in India. 

Q. After how many days, can I cancel my order?

Your order can be cancelled before it attains the "Order Shipped" status.

Q. Are there any cancellation/ replacement charges?

No. There are no cancellation or replacement charges at Ebizy.

Q. In case of replacement of order, can the pickup address be different from the delivery address?

No, the pickup address has to be the same as delivery dress when you wish to replace your previous order.

Q. My account has been debited with the purchase price of the product but payment status shows ‘pending’ in the Order History section. Why?

When you make payment for your order on Ebizy, it gets updated automatically in our system as payment received for your order. However, if the payment status still shows pending even after payment has been made; it might be due to some technical difficulty. Q. Are there any hidden charges apart from the purchase price of the product?

There are absolutely “no” hidden charges apart from the purchase price of the products at Ebizy. The prices specified for all the products on the website are final and those are the prices that you end up paying for your purchase. However, delivery charges can be an additional cost that depends on the sellers’ discretion. You will need to check with the individual sellers to understand the same.  

Q. How long will it take to receive refund against return of my order?

It takes 1-2 weeks to complete your request for refund. The amount of refund will be credited to the same back account which was used by you for making payment. 

Q. Do I need to create an account on Ebizy to place an order?

You can place your order on Ebizy without creating an account. You will be placing an order as a “guest” in that case. However, creating an account on Ebizy would benefit you in terms of keeping track of your orders placed, your delivery address and other important information. It will help you in placing orders easily and speedily.

Q. How can I edit/ update information on my account?

Editing or updating your personal information is easy on Ebizy. All you have to do is log in to your account using your registered e-mail ID or facebook, and then you have access to your “Buyer Account” on the left side of the displayed page. Go to the “Settings” section and update whatever information you wish to edit by clicking on various options given there – Personal Details, Addresses, Change Password, etc.

Q. I forgot my Ebizy password. What now?

If you forgot your login password, there is no need to panic. Here is what you need to do:

  • On the Login page, please enter your registered e-mail D in the e-mail ID tab
  • Click on the “Forgot Password?” icon in red below.
  • You will be navigated to another tab named “Send My Password” wherein you will be required to put your e-mail ID and the verification code mentioned there.
  • If you do that correctly, you will get an e-mail from us on your provided e-mail ID to reset your password. You will be able to login to the website after that.
